Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Squared Asset Holdings, registered in Ireland, located at Seeorum, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We deliver specialist construction support services, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical estimating

  • BIM coordination

  • 2D CAD drawings

  • As-installed drawings

  • O&M manuals

  • Submittals and BCAR documentation

  • RAMS and safety files

  • Other ancillary documentation services

Services are provided as per the scope agreed upon with the client.

Orders and Acceptance

Orders are confirmed once we receive your written acceptance (via email or signed agreement). We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon receipt of order.

  • Work will commence only after payment is received in full.

  • Payment methods and details will be provided on the invoice.

  • No credit or deferred payment terms apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • Delays in payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services:

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing before work begins.

  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

  • Partial refunds or charges may apply depending on the amount of work completed if cancelled after commencement.

Client Obligations

Clients must provide:

  • Accurate and complete information required for service delivery

  • Timely responses to requests and approvals

  • Project data in agreed formats

We are not liable for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

Intellectual Property Rights

Deliverables remain the property of Squared Asset Holdings until full payment is received. Upon receipt, rights to use the deliverables for the intended purpose transfer to the client.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information confidentially and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law.

Liability Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events

  • Use of deliverables beyond the agreed scope

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services concerned.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Irish law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
